Grocery Team Leader

Qualifications:

  • Male Applicants
  • 24 to 40 years old
  • At least 2 years experience in the same field
  • Work in fields of retail, trading, and importing
  • Preferably with Supermarket experience like Landers and S & R
  • Hardworking, honest and commitment is a must

Responsibilities:

  • Intervene during special circumstances, such as customer complaints and issues, and ensure that all problems are resolved before they convert
    into crises
  • Monitor and observe sales personnel to ensure that they are working according to company rules and work protocols
  • Perform interviewing, hiring and training duties to determine and place just the right type of sales personnel and support staff
