MECHANICAL QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Qualifications:

  • Male Applicants
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience

Job Description:

  • Accurately measuring and checking the quantity as per the provided the sub contract IR reports and AutoCAD file with excel update list.
  • Prepare interim payment application to each months for billings.
  • Making the cost proposal as per client required or Variation quantity exceed.
  • Keeping the record measurement of the completed works and monitor the quantity as per agreement.
  • Prepare financial statement for monthly reports.
  • Measure and value the work done on site team with contractors whenever require in soft & hard copy.
  • Maintain Proper Contractual records & follow-up system.
