METAL PRESS (SSW)

Qualifications:

• Male, 22–36 years old.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work with metal press machinery and perform production-related tasks.
• Able to follow technical instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Responsible, disciplined, hardworking, and willing to learn

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor metal press machines and related production equipment.
• Set up and prepare press machines, dies, tools, and materials for production.
• Load and position metal sheets, components, or other materials accurately into press equipment.
• Operate machines according to approved work instructions, specifications, and production schedules.
• Monitor the pressing process and ensure machines operate within required parameters.
• Inspect finished metal components for dimensions, shape, appearance, and other quality requirements.
• Identify defects, abnormalities, or inconsistencies in finished products and report them to supervisors.
• Perform basic adjustments and routine checks of machines and equipment as authorized.
• Assist with die, tooling, and material changes as required during production.
• Handle finished products and production materials safely and properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance of assigned machines and equipment.
• Follow proper procedures when handling metal materials, tools, and machinery.
• Strictly observe workplace safety rules and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records when required.
• Cooperate with supervisors and other production workers to meet daily production targets.
• Follow Japanese workplace rules, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures.
• Perform other metal press and manufacturing-related duties as assigned.

• Latest PSA married certificate (if married)(photocopy & original) 6pcs. Latest 2×2 id pictures (with white background in formal attire)
• If holder of valid driver’s license (photocopy)
• Latest NBI (color light blue) (photocopy & original)
• High school diploma / college diploma (photocopy)
• Certificate of employment (COE) (photocopy & original)
• PEOS certificate and e-registration
• One (1) long expanding brown envelope
