Babyshop is seeking creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandisers to join its retail team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating attractive store displays, maintaining brand standards, and optimizing product presentation to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
VISUAL MERCHANDISER
Qualifications:
- Female applicants only, 23 to 33 years old.
- College level or College Graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in value retail and fashion brands.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically and medically fit.
- Knowledge of target market brands and retail trends is an advantage.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with strong visual sense.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Customer-focused with good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Willing to work flexible schedules as required.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain visually appealing product displays that align with Babyshop and brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute store layouts, window displays, and merchandise presentations to maximize customer engagement.
- Arrange products according to seasonal campaigns, promotions, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, organized, and replenished on the sales floor.
- Monitor customer behavior and sales performance to improve product placement and store presentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team and store management to support promotional activities and new product launches.
- Maintain consistency of brand image and visual standards across all assigned areas.
- Conduct regular checks of displays, fixtures, signage, and product presentation.
- Assist with stock organization and ensure products are available for display.
- Keep updated with current fashion trends, target market preferences, and competitor activities.
