CLEANER-RESIDENTIAL

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Experience in residential or housekeeping cleaning is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, sanitation practices, and the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
• Honest, dependable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all areas of residential properties.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and other common spaces.
• Scrub and disinfect surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment and help prevent contamination.
• Empty trash bins and recycling containers and replace liners as needed.
• Restock cleaning supplies and household essentials when required.
• Clean windows, mirrors, furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
• Report maintenance issues or damaged property to the supervisor.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and comply with health and safety standards.
• Handle cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
