Grapecare LTD. is seeking skilled and dependable Concrete Workers to support construction projects in the Czech Republic. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing formwork, interpreting construction plans, and assisting in the building of concrete structures while ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
CONCRETE WORKER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Concrete Worker or in a related construction role.
- Must be at least a high school graduate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans.
- Experience in formwork construction and concrete works is required.
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Willing to work in the Czech Republic and comply with company safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Build frameworks and structural components such as walls, floors, columns, beams, and roof trusses.
- Read and interpret architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and construction specifications.
- Construct, install, and dismantle formwork systems for concrete placement.
- Assemble complex formwork for heavy infrastructure and commercial construction projects.
- Measure, cut, and prepare construction materials according to project requirements.
- Assist in pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete to achieve the required quality standards.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform other construction-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
