Jen Lau Industrial Co., Ltd. is hiring Factory Workers for its food manufacturing operations in Taiwan. The company is a leading producer of sesame oil, sesame paste, peanut butter, and chili oil, and is looking for physically strong and reliable workers to support production, machine operation, and warehouse activities.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced and industrial food production environment.

FACTORY WORKER

Operator SMT, DIP, and FA Production Machine Operation Quality Control and Warehouse Personnel

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants only.
  • Age: 27 years old and below.
  • Height: at least 167 cm.
  • Weight: 65 kg and above.
  • At least high school graduate.
  • Physically strong and able to lift heavy objects.
  • Willing to work in a hot industrial environment.
  • Strong body build and good physical stamina.
  • Responsible and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate production machines including SMT, DIP, and FA production equipment.
  • Assist in food manufacturing processes such as mixing, packing, and processing.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Handle warehouse tasks including storage, sorting, and material movement.
  • Lift, carry, and move raw materials and finished goods safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production and working areas.
  • Follow machine operation instructions and production guidelines.
  • Support assembly line operations and production targets.
  • Report machine issues or production defects to supervisors.
  • Comply with workplace safety and food manufacturing regulations.
  • Work efficiently in a hot and physically demanding environment.
