MALE CLEANER
Qualifications:
- Male applicants aged 25–45 years old.
- Minimum height requirement: 5’7″ (170 cm).
- Good English communication skills are required.
- TESDA Housekeeping NC II certification (or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning duties.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
- Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning of company amenities, executive offices, and boardrooms.
- Ensure all areas are properly cleaned, sanitized, and well-maintained.
- Dusting, wiping, and polishing furniture, fixtures, and office equipment.
- Clean floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as required.
- Dispose of trash and manage waste properly in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and replenish supplies when needed.
- Follow cleaning schedules and assigned tasks from supervisors.
- Ensure proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report maintenance or repair needs when identified.
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards in the workplace.

- Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
- NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
- Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
- PEOS certificate
