ER NURSE

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) holder.
  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • NCLEX Passers are highly preferred.
  • Non-NCLEX Passers are also welcome to apply.
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in emergency room, hospital, or clinical settings.
  • Experience in emergency care, trauma care, or critical care nursing is an advantage.
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to undergo orientation, screening, and recruitment processes for USRN opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide immediate and professional nursing care to patients in emergency situations.
  • Assess patient conditions, prioritize care needs, and respond quickly to medical emergencies.
  • Assist physicians and healthcare teams during emergency treatments and procedures.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, patient safety standards, and infection control procedures.
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
  • Participate in orientation, training, and recruitment activities related to USRN career pathways.
  • Attend the Face-to-Face Interview with US Recruiters on June 25, 2026, as scheduled.
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams regarding application requirements and documentation processes.
