Grapecare LTD. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistants for deployment to the Czech Republic. The successful candidate will provide direct care and personal assistance to elderly residents while ensuring their comfort, safety, dignity, and overall well-being in a professional caregiving environment.

NURSING ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience is required.
  • Candidates must be at least High School Graduates.
  • Must be proficient in English communication.
  • Previous experience in elderly caregiving is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Nurse or Nurse Assistant.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Caregiver or Care Assistant.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient care skills.
  • Physically fit and capable of assisting elderly residents with mobility and daily care activities.
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing quality elderly care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct bedside care and personal assistance to elderly residents.
  • Perform morning hygiene routines, bathing, grooming, and personal care assistance.
  • Assist residents with feeding and meal service.
  • Transfer and reposition residents from bed to wheelchair and vice versa safely.
  • Accompany and support residents during walks and daily activities.
  • Change incontinence aids and provide continence care.
  • Operate mechanical and electronic positioning beds, patient lifts, mobile shower trolleys, wheelchairs, and walking aids.
  • Monitor residents’ condition and report concerns to supervisors or healthcare personnel.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and comfort of residents and care areas.
  • Follow company policies, caregiving standards, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
