CASHIER

Qualifications:

  • Male and Female applicants are welcome to apply
  • 22 to 38 years old
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Cashier or in the food and beverage industry
  • Graduate of BS HRM or any Food & Beverage-related course is an advantage
  • With good customer service and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge in POS systems and cash handling procedures
  • Physically fit and well-groomed
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • With positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer payments accurately through cash, card, and other payment methods
  • Issue receipts, process refunds, and balance cash transactions at the end of the shift
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding menu items, pricing, and promotions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and work area
  • Coordinate with service staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth customer transactions
  • Monitor and report shortages or discrepancies in cash handling
  • Follow company policies, customer service standards, and food safety regulations
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times
