Qualifications:
- Male and Female applicants are welcome to apply
- 22 to 38 years old
- At least 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
- Graduate of BS HRM or any Food & Beverage-related course is an advantage
- With good customer service and communication skills
- Physically fit and well-groomed
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- With positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to requests and concerns courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of dining areas and tables
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
