BARTENDER

Qualifications:

  • Male and Female applicants are welcome to apply
  • 22 to 38 years old
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Bartender
  • Graduate of BS HRM or any Food & Beverage-related course is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in cocktail preparation, beverage mixing, and bar operations
  • With good customer service and communication skills
  • Physically fit and well-groomed
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • With positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
  • Mix ingredients to create cocktails and specialty drinks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages and bar supplies
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage professionally with guests
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking bar items
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible beverage service guidelines
  • Handle customer concerns and requests courteously and efficiently
