SCAFFOLDING WORKS (SSW)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants, typically aged 18–35 years old (as per TITP guidelines).
- Eligible under TITP or Skill Test programs.
- Prior experience in scaffolding, construction, or related fields is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights.
- Basic Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N4 or JFT Basic) is preferred for communication.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and work as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.
- Inspect scaffolding components to ensure stability and safety.
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors.
- Adhere to Japanese construction safety standards at all times.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing scaffolding materials and tools.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
