Care Worker
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Bachelor’s or College Degree holder in any field or related disciplines.
- NC II Caregiver certification is required.
- Graduate of any medical-related course is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of working long hours.
- Compassionate, patient, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
- Help with daily tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and shopping.
- Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any concerns to supervisors or medical staff.
- Support mobility, medication routines, and other health-related tasks.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
