FARMER

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in food farming.
  • Strong knowledge of crop cultivation, irrigation, and soil management.
  • Physically fit and able to perform labor-intensive work.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing farming schedules efficiently.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, cultivate, and maintain crops according to best agricultural practices.
  • Monitor plant growth, soil health, and irrigation needs.
  • Implement pest control and fertilization programs to maximize crop yield.
  • Harvest crops and prepare them for processing or distribution.
  • Maintain farming equipment and ensure safety standards are followed.

      ✅ Fruit picking, harvesting, and proper handling of crops to avoid damage
      ✅ Land preparation, soil cultivation, planting, and transplanting
      ✅ Crop care: pruning, irrigation, fertilizer application, and pest control
      ✅ Weeding, cleaning, and maintaining farm areas
      ✅ Sorting, packing, and preparing harvest for transport
      ✅ Using farm tools and machinery properly and safely

      I completed vocational training in Agricultural Management under TESDA at Honorio Clemencia’s Farm School (February 2020 – July 2020), where I learned proper farming methods and procedures.

      I am hardworking, fast learner, physically fit, and strong. I can work long hours, under the sun, or in any weather condition. I work well alone or with a team, follow instructions exactly, and am reliable. I am willing to work shifting schedules, overtime, or stay on-site if needed. I can start working immediately once hired.
