NCMS Catering and Facilities Management Solutions is seeking experienced and service-oriented Waiters to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service.

WAITER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant setting
• Good English communication skills
• Previous overseas (ex-abroad) experience is highly preferred
• Must not be more than 38 years old
• TESDA NC II in Food and Beverage Services is required (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and drinks according to company standards
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
