BEAUTY CONSULTANT

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare.
  • Certificate or formal qualification in Beauty, Cosmetology, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong consultative selling and customer service abilities.
  • Passion for skincare, makeup, and the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with skincare, makeup, and beauty product selection.
  • Provide personalized consultations based on client needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product usage and benefits to customers.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective consultative selling techniques.
  • Maintain product knowledge of beauty and cosmetic lines.
  • Ensure proper display and merchandising of products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Support overall store operations and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
