The Melium Group is seeking stylish and customer-focused Sales Associates to join its luxury retail team. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and representing high-end fashion brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
SALES LADY
Qualifications:
- Open to male and female applicants.
- At least Senior High School graduate or college level in Business, Marketing, or related courses.
- 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion boutiques.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Knowledge in upselling, cross-selling, POS, and basic visual merchandising.
- With pleasing personality, well-groomed, confident, and polite.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and target-driven.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for fashion and luxury brands.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting luxury fashion items such as bags, shoes, clothing, and watches.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Achieve sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of luxury brands and collections
- Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Support daily store operations and maintain cleanliness and organization.
