Kitchen Worker

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of working experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Willing to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual kitchen tasks.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation by washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients such as vegetables, fruits, and meats.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware manually or using dishwashing machines.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen work surfaces, floors, and storage areas regularly.
• Assist in receiving and properly storing food deliveries according to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and storage areas.
• Dispose of waste properly by emptying trash bins, replacing bags, and keeping garbage areas clean.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
