INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATE (SENIOR)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of seven (7) years of related IT experience.
- Previous experience in a customer service role with strong data processing and input skills.
- Experience working with Maximo work order systems is preferred.
- Prior experience with the US Military or in a government contracting environment is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems.
- Manage and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Assist users with system access, data processing, and technical concerns.
- Perform data entry, processing, and system updates with high accuracy.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.
- Utilize and manage work order systems such as Maximo for tracking and reporting.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes, system configurations, and support activities.
