Manufacturing Machine Operator (Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) Pipe)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant working experience in machine operation or manufacturing.
• Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in a related field.
• Proven experience in operating, monitoring, maintaining, and setting up HDPE Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) pipe machines.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting production defects and ensuring product quality.
• Experience in plastic or pipe manufacturing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities: 

• Operate and maintain machines used in DWC pipe production.
• Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and production guidelines.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine issues and perform minor repairs when required.
• Set up production lines and ensure machines are properly configured for each production run.
• Identify and address defects in finished products to maintain quality standards.
