Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in food and beverage or customer service
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or related field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and food handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Male applicants are preferred
• Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit; able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, take orders, and process payments accurately
• Prepare and serve juices, coffee, tea, and light food items such as sandwiches or baked goods
• Blend, grind, and brew beverages following standard recipes and quality guidelines
• Package food and drinks for takeaway orders
• Educate customers about menu items, beverage options, and preparation methods
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Update displays and signage to attract customers
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Work collaboratively as part of a high-energy team
