LOGISTIC COORDINATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or similar field required
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business is preferred
• Female applicants are preferred
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for negotiating with carriers and updating clients
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficient in Logistics IT systems, inventory management software, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve logistical bottlenecks under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Shipment Management: Plan, track, and monitor shipments; prepare bills of lading, invoices, and manage transportation schedules.
• Inventory & Warehousing: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff on receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
• Logistics Coordination: Serve as the main liaison between suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and comply with transportation, safety, and import/export regulations.
• Problem-Solving: Address shipping delays, errors, and customer complaints promptly.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and updates in logistics IT systems and company databases.
