MMT SARL is seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and equipment at our operations in Congo. The ideal candidate has prior security experience, is physically fit, and can work flexible shifts.
SECURITY GUARD
Qualifications:
- Male, 25–37 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a security guard
- Minimum height: 170 cm (5’7”) with good physical build
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules
- Strong observation skills, alertness, and integrity
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situation
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to maintain safety and security
- Control access to company premises, checking IDs, visitors, and vehicles
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
- Report suspicious activities, security breaches, or hazards
- Assist and provide directions to visitors as needed
- Enforce company policies, rules, and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, patrols, and security observations
Requirements:
- Detailed Resume with job description/duties & responsibilities
- Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
- NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
- Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
- PEOS certificate
- Vax Certificate
