Dili Development Company, Lda (DDC) is seeking a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute digital marketing strategies. The successful candidate will manage campaigns, create engaging content, oversee social media platforms, and enhance the company’s online presence to drive growth and brand awareness.

Digital Marketing Executive

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in sales and administration (any industry).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property-related sales and administration (preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator).
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Drupal CMS experience is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Bahasa and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to emerging digital trends.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management & Strategy:
  • Develop, implement, and manage targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Create monthly social media content calendars.
  • Improve performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion, and brand awarenes
  • Generate innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Content Creation & Design:
  • Develop engaging content across digital platforms (social media, websites, email).
  • Produce and edit audio-visual content including videos and podcasts.
  • Design online advertisements, certificates, invitations, and presentation templates.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity.
• Social Media & Online Presence:
  • Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Drive community engagement and participation.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance online presence and reputation.
• Website & CMS Management:
  • Develop and manage website content.
  • Ensure consistency in look, feel, and brand representation.
  • Improve website usability, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and reduce bounce rates while increasing site visits and dwell time.
• Email Marketing:
  • Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop content that drives customer engagement and conversions.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide performance reports.
• Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze performance metrics across digital platforms.
  • Prepare detailed reports on marketing campaigns, ROI, and engagement.
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements based on data insights.
• Project & Team Support:
  • Support the Marketing Manager on major projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
  • Act as a key point of contact for marketing-related activities.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
