Accounting Executive
Qualifications:
- Accounting degree or equivalent
- Having ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- At least 10 years work experience in accounting with training experience.
- Preferably have experience in leasing hospitality business.
- Accounting skills

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the month end closing process.
- Ensure all control file are complete.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliation /audit schedule.
- Post relevant adjustment journals and accruals.
- Highlight and follow up on month-end pending item.
- Highlight key of concern s and participate in process improvement.
- Prepare and update current project report.
- Prepare intercompany reconciliation report.
- Prepare inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare expense analysis.
- Highlight area of concern.
- Assist to prepare and update Finance’s procedures.
- Ensure compliance to designated procedure.
- Providing training to team members.
- Address finance-related technical issue.
- Ensure all the documents are ready on time.
- Gather information to support audit queries.
- Post audit adjustment journals.
- Assist to gather relevant information and liaise with other departments as and when necessary.
- Support staff during transition or holidays.
- Post ad-hoc journal when necessary.
- Safe custody of all documents prepared under the job scope.
- Liaise with other departments of information.
- Any other duties assigned delegated by management or supervisors.
- Work in any other location as directed by management or supervisors.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
- Employment certificates
- NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
- PEOS certificate
