Advanced Semiconductor Engineering, Inc. (ASE) is seeking motivated and reliable Factory Workers / Operators to join its production team. The role involves supporting semiconductor and electronics manufacturing operations while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

FACTORY WORKER / OPERATOR

Qualifications:

  • College graduate or 2-year vocational graduate is an advantage
  • At least 6 months of experience in semiconductor, electronics, or general factory work is highly encouraged
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Physically able to perform tasks in a manufacturing setting

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production equipment in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
  • Perform routine assembly, testing, or inspection tasks as required
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors
  • Assist in meeting production targets while ensuring product quality

  • E-registration, PEOS, NBI clearance, IDs
  • PSA / NSO birth certificate
  • School diploma
  • Pag-IBIG / OFW info sheet (if ex-abroad)
