Al Moalem Institute Co. W.L.L. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Officer to ensure that organizational processes, products, and services meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain compliance with quality protocols.

Quality Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–10 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or related roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess strong personal attributes and professional work ethic

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate quality control processes within the organization
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct audits, inspections, and process assessments
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality records
• Collaborate with departments to implement quality improvement initiatives
• Report findings to management and support decision-making
