Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality roles
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Organizational and administrative abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
• Manage bookings, reservations, and administrative tasks
• Maintain professional communication with guests and clients
• Ensure a welcoming and organized front office environment
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed
