Qualifications:

• Vocational Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent (TESDA NC II/III or EU-recognized certification)
• Food Safety/HACCP Certification preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in professional kitchens (hotel, restaurant, or catering)
• Experience in European cuisine is an advantage
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork and communication skills
• German: A2-B1 level preferred (training provided for qualified applicants)
• English: Conversational

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu standards and recipes
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently met
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP)
• Assist in menu planning, portion control, and inventory management
• Support the kitchen team in daily operations and special events
• Follow standard operating procedures and kitchen protocols
