Rigger 1 (Lifting Supervisor)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in rigging/lifting supervision
• Proven experience managing rigging teams and crane operations
• LEEA Certification is required or highly preferred
• Previous work experience in KSA is an advantage
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Computer literate with ability to handle documentation and reporting
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of lifting calculations, safety procedures, and risk assessments
• Ability to work under pressure and manage critical lifting operations
• High attention to safety and compliance standards
• Male applicants are preferred for this role
• Must be eligible for Aramco certification
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage rigging crews and daily lifting operations
• Ensure compliance with approved lifting plans, safety regulations, and site procedures
• Oversee crane operations and coordinate with operators and project teams
• Conduct inspections of lifting equipment, rigging gear, and accessories
• Prepare and review lifting calculations, risk assessments, and method statements
• Ensure proper communication during lifting activities
• Maintain adherence to Aramco standards and certification requirements
