Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Must hold TESDA NCII (GMAW Certificate)
- Can perform manual or automatic GMAW Welding (including short-circuit, spray, or pulsed techniques) on steel, aluminum, or stainless steel to create strong joints.
- Has experience working with stainless steel and carbon steel materials.
Responsibilities:
- Will be performing fillet welds and continuous fillet welds, which will be subject to magnetic and ultrasonic testing.
- Welding process ised is -35 (MAG Welding with solid wire electrode), which is classified under gas-shielded metal arc welding process according to the official standard.
- Fabrication and Repair: Cutting, shaping, and joining metal components to fabricate or repair products.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Reading technical drawings, schematics, and layout measurements to plan projects.
- Quality Inspection: Assessing welded surfaces, structures, and components to identify defects and ensure structural integrity.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operating and maintaining welding equipment such as grinders, torches, and clamps.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to OSHA and company safety standards, including wearing appropriate protective gear (masks, gloves, fireresistant clothing).
