Service Technician (White Goods & Brown Goods)

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
• Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, communication and customer service calls
  Strong understanding of electrical circuits, mechanical systems and gas/electrical components.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnoses, repairs and installs both large household appliances like washers, refrigerators or fridges, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, rangehoods, freezers; and consumer electronics like TV’s audio systems, microwave ovens and small kitchen appliance
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, order parts, perform on-site repairs and provide customer service, often requiring 3 years over of experience and vocational training.
• Complete service parts, update repair logs, handle invoicing and manage inventory of spare parts.
• Install, test and perform maintenance like cleaning coils, calibration on new and existing white and brown goods.
