Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Skilled in machine setup, adjustments, and quality inspection.
• Ability to troubleshoot and report technical issues efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail to reduce waste and maintain product quality.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive or demanding tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery efficiently according to job specifications and product requirements.
• Inspect pallets and raw materials for quality before and during production.
• Set up, adjust, and calibrate machines to optimize output and minimize scrap.
• Monitor machine performance and report or address technical issues during production.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including equipment and production lines.
• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and timely production processes.
