Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping or laundry work, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Experience with industrial laundry machines is required.
- Ability to operate washing, drying, and ironing machines safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with stain treatment and care for different types of fabrics.
- Strong English communication skills for effective communication with team members and guests.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Laundry & Textile Management: Receive, sort, and treat hotel textiles, including applying stain treatment as necessary.
- Machine Operation: Safely and correctly operate washing, drying, and ironing machines.
- Laundry Handling: Dry, iron, fold, and store clean linens and textiles in the appropriate storage areas.
- Public Area Cleaning: Assist with the cleaning of public areas in the hotel when required.
- Industrial Laundry: Work with industrial laundry machines to ensure efficient and high-quality laundering of textiles.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that linens and textiles meet cleanliness standards for guest use and comfort.
