CHEF DE PARTIE

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year working experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
No minimum educational attainment required.
Must have a valid passport with at least 2 years and 6 months validity.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Leadership skills with attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities:

Organize and manage an assigned kitchen station (e.g., saucier, poissonier, pastry).
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards.
Train, guide, and motivate junior chefs such as Commis and Demi Chef de Partie.
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during kitchen operations and service.
Monitor food quality, portion control, and minimize waste.
Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage.
Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
