LEAD ROTATING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in rotating equipment maintenance.
• Applicants must have experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer Plant industries.
• Must possess at least a 3-year course diploma in a relevant technical field.
• Strong knowledge of compressors, turbines, pumps, gearboxes, and generators.
• Familiarity with OEM specifications and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Ability to supervise mechanical technicians and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures, including Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) and Permit to Work systems.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical technicians and conduct daily pre-shift safety briefings.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety policies, including LOTO procedures and Permit to Work systems.
• Perform and oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of rotating equipment such as compressors, turbines, pumps, gearboxes, and generators.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance according to OEM guidelines and CMMS schedules.
• Participate in and support plant turnaround and shutdown activities, including equipment overhaul and inspection.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
