Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Young and creative, with strong design sense
• Must know how to create 3D walkthroughs and flythrough animations
• Skilled in 3D modeling and rendering (SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools)
• Can prepare concept designs, interior layouts and basic architectural presentations
• Someone who enjoys modern styles, clean detailing and conceptual storytelling through visuals

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative architectural and interior design concepts with a strong emphasis on modern aesthetics and clean detailing.
• Create high-quality 3D walkthroughs, flythrough animations, and visual presentations for client review.
• Produce 3D models and realistic renderings using SketchUp, Lumion, or similar visualization tools.
• Prepare concept designs, interior layouts, and basic architectural presentation materials.
• Translate design ideas into compelling visual narratives that communicate project concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to ensure design intent aligns with project goals and stylistic direction.
