WAITER/WAITRESS

Qualifications:

Male and Female applicants are welcome to apply.
At least 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress.
Graduate of BS HRM or any Food & Beverage-related course.
With good communication and customer service skills.
Knowledgeable in food and beverage service standards.
Physically fit, well-presented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
Ensure customers are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
Present bills and process payments when required.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
