Hong Ye Construction is seeking skilled and experienced Rough Carpenter / Mason to join our construction team in Saipan. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various carpentry and masonry works related to structural construction and building projects.

Rough Carpenter / Mason

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in carpentry and/or masonry.
• At least High School Graduate.
• Physically fit and able to perform heavy manual work.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Perform rough carpentry works such as formworks, framing, and structural installations.
• Construct, repair, and maintain structures made of wood, concrete, and other materials.
• Perform masonry works including laying concrete blocks, bricks, and stones.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and construction equipment.
• Work collaboratively with other construction workers and supervisors on site.
