Tai Lien Plastic Co., Ltd is looking for reliable and hardworking Factory Workers to join its manufacturing team in Taiwan. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of performing manual work in a fast-paced factory environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Factory Worker

Qualifications:

  • Male Only
  • Height: at least 170 cm
  • Age: 21–30 years old
  • College graduate
  • No tattoo
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual work
  • Hardworking, disciplined, and able to work in a team
  • Willing to work in Taiwan

Responsibilities:

  • Perform production and assembly line tasks
  • Operate basic factory machinery and equipment
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily production targets
  • Conduct basic quality checks on products
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
  • Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines
  • Assist with other factory-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Updated resume
  • Passport (photocopy & original)
  • Local civil registrar copy – form 1a or 102(photocopy & original)
  • Latest PSA married certificate (if married)(photocopy & original) 6pcs. Latest 2×2 id pictures (with white background in formal attire)
  • If holder of valid driver’s license (photocopy)
  • Latest NBI (color light blue) (photocopy & original)
  • High school diploma / college diploma (photocopy)
  • Certificate of employment (COE) (photocopy & original)
  • PEOS certificate and e-registration
  • One (1) long expanding brown envelope
