ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN (PLC)

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience
  • Experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting and injection molding machines troubleshooting (Arburg, Engel , Ferromatik )
  • Experience in injection molding machines troubleshooting.
  • With a strong adherence to quality, cost and program delivery schedules.
  • Good knowledge in different electrical diagram standards and high ability to trace electrical loop.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, test and troubleshoot various electrical systems.
  • Aware with PLC control and injection machines control and cycle.
  • Conduct troubleshooting of machines breakdowns and rectify.
  • Trouble shooting of SPM machines.
  • Able to read elect diagrams. Able to make plc programming and plc troubleshooting ( Siemens , omron).
  • Trouble shooting of motors and drives
  • Comprehend electrical and wiring drawings, assembly work instructions, test procedures, work orders and bill of materials (BOMs).
  • Efficiently troubleshoot technical issues down to component level.
  • Assisting the engineer and supervisor in troubleshooting variety of machines.

  • Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
  • NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
  • Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
  • PEOS certificate
  • Vax Certificate
