Workshop Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- Proven experience in managing and overseeing workshop operations
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in repairing automatic and manual light vehicles
- Experience in generator repair and maintenance
- Ability to supervise mechanics and workshop staff effectively
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to prepare and present weekly and monthly performance and maintenance reports
- Good computer literacy (MS Office and workshop management systems)
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage spare parts inventory and control workshop costs
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Should have knowledge to use diagnostic tools
Responsibilities:
- Direct daily activities, optimize workflows, and maintain machinery/tools.
- Supervise, train, and mentor technicians, mechanics, or production staff.
- Manage budgets, reduce costs, monitor profitability, and control inventory of parts and supplies.
- Analyze performance metrics (productivity, efficiency) and report to senior management
