CHEF ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Proven experience from restaurant with a focus on Italian cuisine
- Strong knowledge and practical skills in the preparation of pizza, salads, and pasta
- Ability to prepare dough and sauces according to traditional Italian recipes
- Experience with kitchen operations and food preparation standards
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing traditional Italian dishes
- Prepare ingredients including chopping vegetables, grating cheese, portioning meats, and preparing dough.
- Support in making classic Italian sauces
- Help in preparing fresh pasta and pizza dough according to established recipes.
