Commercial Project Spectrums Est is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pastry Cook to join our culinary team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation and production of high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts, ensuring consistency, food safety compliance, and efficient kitchen operations. Experience in sourdough/mother yeast and stone-floor deck ovens is highly desirable.

Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Proven experience as a Pastry Cook, Baker, or in a similar role
- Experience with sourdough/mother yeast and stone-floor deck ovens
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and production methods
- Familiarity with recipe development and standardization
- Understanding of production planning, quality control, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
