Nurse Technician
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- 2 years clinical experience in a relevant nursing field after successful completion of BSN
- OR 3 years clinical experience in a relevant nursing field after completion of Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery
- Must be physically fit and mentally prepared to work in a clinical environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist nurses and physicians in patient care procedures
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status
- Prepare and maintain patient care equipment and supplies
- Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes
- Support wound care, dressing changes, and basic clinical procedures under supervision
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Provide patient education and emotional support as needed
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
