Sans International Company is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities on project sites in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures electrical works are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. 

Foreman (Electrical)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation methods and site supervision
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Good leadership, communication, and supervisory skills
• Physically fit and able to work on site
• Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily electrical works including power, lighting, grounding, and low-current systems
• Ensure electrical installations follow approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently
• Coordinate with engineers, other trade foremen, and subcontractors
• Monitor work progress and report to site engineers and project management
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks
• Inspect workmanship and ensure quality standards are met
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly
• Support testing, inspection, and commissioning activities
