Sans International Company is seeking an experienced Foreman (CMEP) to supervise and coordinate Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures site activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved drawings, schedules, and quality standards. 

FOREMAN (CMEP)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a CMEP Foreman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works
• Experience in construction projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC is an advantage
• Experience coordinating multi-discipline construction activities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety and quality procedures
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to work on site
• Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily CMEP construction activities on site
• Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works to avoid clashes
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications
• Allocate manpower, tools, and materials effectively
• Monitor work progress and report to site engineers and project management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safe work practices
• Inspect workmanship and ensure quality standards are met
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Resolve site issues and support timely project completion
