Service Crew

Qualifications:

• Minimum height of 5’7″ for Male and 5’5” for Female
• Must have a TESDA Food and Beverage Services NC II (Mandatory)
• At least High School Graduate
• Fresh Graduates and those without prior related work experience are welcome to apply
• With pleasing personality
• Jolly and Presentable
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language both verbal and written
• Excellent customer focus and service delivery
• Presentable and must have excellent hygiene
• Willingness to work long hours
• Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity and in excellent work ethic
• Consistently achieving or surpassing daily work targets and goal

Responsibilities:

• Hospitality & Guest Interaction: Embodying “Enlightened Hospitality” by interacting with guests and team members with genuine warmth, care, and a positive attitude.
• Food Preparation & Assembly: Preparing and assembling food orders according to Shake Shack’s recipes and quality standards (e.g., cooking, cleaning, prepping ingredients).
• Mastering Stations: Learning and rotating through all stations in the kitchen and on the floor to maintain efficiency and keep the work fresh.
• Operational Excellence: Executing day-to-day operations duties, ensuring high productivity, managing high volume with high quality, and being aware of controlling methods to reduce wastage.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Following all food safety and sanitation procedures and maintaining the facility and equipment to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. Teamwork & Development: Working as part of a team, participating in ongoing training and development, and taking on additional roles and responsibilities

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
